What everyone's opinion on the compatibility of Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 motherboard and AMD FX-8350 CPU. I currently own FX-8350 with R9 280 GPU and in need of a budget MO. Should I spend an extra $10 and get UD3P?

I might be interested in that in the future. It's actually my first build so I'm just dipping my feet in the water for now, but I'll most likely wait until the UD3P drops in price.
