If you buy it, you can record for as long as you want. If you want freeware, then as said above download MSI Afterburner. It is a little bit more complicated but check out some tutorials and guides and you should be set

I recommend Bandicam. Use the Xvid codec and set everything to max. File sizes should be about 200MB per second at 1080p. It can also record desktop mode which comes in handy. And it's also free, although you will have a watermark and 10 minute record limit.
