what will happen if i connect 2 sata-ide connectors with 2x4 pin molex-6pin pcie converter and connect it with gpu ???
using sata power connectors as 6 pin connector

I'm missing something... this seems like no problem to me. A four pin molex to 6 pin adaptor is quite common. In fact, many GPUs come with that adaptor in the box for those who have older PSUs. Me thinks it's fine.

gpu is nvidia 9600gt
psu's label\sticker is ripped off can't tell about model no. but it is hp's 300w psu

300W is not enough. You'll need at least 400W but ideally 450-500W. Check out the PSU tier list here on Tom's to pick a quality PSU.
