can my motherboard gigabyte ga 990fxa ud3 , support ecc memory , I've bought it , installed it properly but monitor won't turn on, i don't know if i should reset CMOS. Thanks in advance!

Your MB doesn't support ECC memory. It takes only Non-ECC memory something like this one!
