Can 650W PSU Handle GTX 970 SLI?

I have a system with:

Corsair RM650 (which is a fantastic PSU)
i7-4790k
MSI Z97 Gaming 7
MSI GTX 970

Can my PSU handle another GTX 970? I've seen quite conflicting information.

it can... unless you are doing heavy overclock. otherwise you are ok.

GTX970 are not power hungry

Yes it will be just fine under a full system stress test that PC will use about 450 watts, when used gaming you will be using more like 380.

your safe to use stock but don't oc the cpu, gpu or anything else.
