Im doing a low budget build and i've found these two motherboards, the msi is used but the gigabyte is brand new. Any suggestions are welcome, budget is £60 and the socket is 1150

Solution
The MSI model requires a BIOS update to work with that CPU. If you can confirm that it has the latest BIOS then it you can get that.
The Gigabyte is a decent board as well and will support the CPU out of the box.

If I had to choose a motherboard, I'd get the newer MSI Z97 model for a little bit more. It has some extra features then the other boards.
The Gigabyte one is good and will work. For the same price I'd get the newer chipset.
If you want to upgrade to the 5th gen i5, you should go for Z97.

Motherboard: MSI Z97-G43 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£69.95 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £69.95
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
