Hello i have 8gb of ram installed in my pc and i am currently running 64-bit windows, but for some reason all of a sudden it says only 3.98gb of my ram is usable, i have tried resitting my ram in different slots (i use dual channel ram) i have tried going into msconfig and changing the settings in the advanced menu. My specs are

GPU: EVGA GTX 660 2GB
RAM: G.Skill Ares 4gbx2
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120gb
HDD: 1TB HDD 7200rpm
MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
