Optimal cooling for Air 540?

Hi everyone. Been a long time since I posted on this site. Good to be back.

I'm looking into buying the AIR 540 for my next build which will contain either SLI GTX 970's, or 980's.

I'll also be using a corsair h100i with a push/pull config of 4 fans on the radiotor. (Two corsair SP on the bottom, and 2 AF's on the top)

I've made a diagram to show my layout which I have so far, and what I need help on.

What should I do to get the best airflow?

Go for airflow on anything that doesn't have a rad or a dust filter to push through. Also you want more positive pressure to help with dust.

I to would like to know this.

It's definitely not the most important thing in the world since the up swing of air going through the system is negligible. Still, I have considered it. Something I'll be doing in the future probably.
