Is the Western Digital WD Blue WD2500AAKX 250GB 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive - OEM compatible w the dell inspiron 2020 all in one desktop?

Electronically, any 3.5" SATA hard drive will work. However I know some of those all-in-ones are tight for space, so you have to be careful that the new drive isn't thicker than the original.

I'd take the old drive out first and see how thick it is, then check the specs of the drive you're buying.
