My budget is around 600 dollars. i want to build a powerful gaming pc that can run new games like shadow of mordor and day z or bf4 at mid-high quality. I need to have a monitor and os included. If anyone can help me that would be great!

Good luck. Even $600 without monitors and OS won't give you anything close to medium-high.
