Will this pc work ? Please Help:(

Solution

The fact that it is used alone, won't, no. But if it's capacitors and other components are all but wore out, it can die on you. And I suppose one could come up with a scenario where a board's component fails catastrophically and takes out something plugged into it. A cheap PSU can kill a board more often, and take out stuff connected to it. Why did you go with a used board of all things? That's the heart of the PC.

You definitely need 8GB of RAM. Also, drop that 760 down to 2GB of VRAM to save some money, the 4GB is superfluous and doesn't actually add any extra performance, even at higher resolutions. If you need empirical proof I can provide it, but trust me, it is a big waste of money. Otherwise, it's a pretty solid system.

i thought minecraft was high demanding performance wise because my laptop 4gb inten hd graphics didnt even run 20 fps haha thanks.

and would you recommend buying a used motherboard ?
because i ordered that build and the motherboard is used should i buy another one that is new ? or is it fine

If you already ordered the build and it comes with a used board, isn't it kind of late to ask that?

You take a chance any time you buy a used board. Might be like new, might be half dead from overclocking.

As I said in my previous comment, the 4GB version of the card will give you absolutely no performance gain over the 2GB card whatsoever. I've already proved this many many times, on this site alone, but it looks like the misconception still exists.

LOOK HERE:
http://alienbabeltech.com/main/gtx-770-4gb-vs-2gb-tested/3/

This may be with the GTX 770, but if anything that proves my point more. The 256-bit memory bus interface (plus other things) on the GTX 760 and 770 severely limit the memory bandwidth capabilities of memory capacities above 2GB, rendering that extra memory absolutely useless. With the new 900 series cards, NVIDIA has introduced a few new technologies that allow 256-bit buses to effectively utilize 4GB of VRAM, but this is a new technology only available on the 900 series.

Do not get the 4GB GTX 760, it is a waste of money that will give you NO BETTER PERFORMANCE.
