I'm going to suggest a monitor out of your budget, but I think it's the best for photo editing. it's the LG 34um95. it's around 900 dollars, but it gives 21:9 aspect ratio and has 3440x1440 IPS. It has gone on sale for the lowest of 810 dollars and if you look hard and wait it will be there again. if your camera can take 21:9 photos then this screen is the best imo.

The computer bombular suggested is similar to mine and I have the 34um95. it's quite the combo but costs about 3grand.
