Hello all! I want to build a gaming rig that can run High to Ultra settings on games, stream, and browse the web while staying at a 40+ FPS with all of this going on. My budget is $600-$700, my specific wants are a graphics card that can support dual monitors of same port type. Here is a build I was looking at http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/pbpxj1o7jnmbdgy7ao4v.jpg (price total isn't accurate), of course the graphics card and RAM would be changed but everything else seems nice, as far as graphics cards go, please try to find something that is also not known to overheat from gaming for several hours at a time! Like in example, AMDs are said to overheat a lot but I'm not sure about the truth to this, if the overheating is easily fixed with fan speed adjustments or such, I am fine with it although.

List of items needed for $600-$700 total:
Case
Power Supply
Graphics Card
CPU
RAM
Motherboard
Hard drive

Other wanted items (NOT included in $600-$700 budget):
Anti-Virus
2 Monitors with same port type, 1080p minimum

Please give any recommended builds you all have! :)

For the computer :

Case : Antec NEW SOLUTION SERIES VSK-4000 Black SGCC steel ATX Mid Tower
HDD : Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s
Motherboard : ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0 AM3+
Power supply : EVGA 100-W1-500-KR 500W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified
RAM : HyperX Fury Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1866
CPU : AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+
SSD : SAMSUNG 850 EVO-Series MZ-75E120B/AM 2.5" 120GB SATA III
GPU : SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100373L Radeon R9 280 3GB 384-Bit
TOTAL : around 650$, you get a six core processor(amd are weaker so you better have more cores), and bettet to have an ssd... A great gpu, to run everything on very high settings. And you get very fast ram for the money.

I'd recommend to get an ssd, your pc will boot up faster, and you'll get better performances.

For the antivirus you can get avg for free, it does pretty well the job.
And for the monitors : SAMSUNG SD300 Series S22D300NY Black High Glossy 21.5" 5ms
They are very great for the price (Refurbished 90$)

That's pretty much what you can get for this budget in terms of performance.
You will be able to play on very high settings in most games.

This build doesn't have an SSD, but you can install one if you want. This graphics card is much more powerful than the 280.
