Computer won't wake on after hibernation "sleep" without power drain on/off tweak!?!

CPU: AMD FX 8350 (8-Core) @ 4.7Ghz
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum - 16GB (tested with windows ram test and ramx86 program too--no errors reported)
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6870 2GB
SSD: OZC Vector 256Gb
PSU: NZXT Hale90 v.2 1200watts (bought recently)
custom water cooled CPU/northbrdige loop

have same problems and still not find the answer..

I thinks it software problems since all stress testing in my rig cannot find any hardware error/fail

Huh. Interesting.

Had any PSU issues in the past? I just bought mine 3 months ago. Works fine for me.

I'm thinking it's a RAM communication error with my Windows. I have Windows 7 Professional SP 1. You running wndows too?

Yup w7 sp1 latest/auto update..

this problems i got for month, not knows when it's start..
try tweaking with power option, etc don't helps..

now I'm just turn it of when not in use..
(well with ssd, i don't have to wait to long for it boot on)

[SOLVED] - It was my NZXT Hale90 ver. 1200w Power Supply Unit. Got a replacement and the issue stopped.
