Hi I have a question. Does 2 oem 192bit cards works as SLI?? like for exxample: 2 cards nvidia gtz 760 1.5gig 192bit oem works with same card using SLI? i really need help
what i want to know is why they make oem cards at all? is it just to protect their product so a customer must order a replacement part from the oem if it fails?

i think some parts were like that but i don't know about GPU. i still remember in one case that the RAM in OEM PC will only work with the specific machine only and will refuse to work on others. and you can't put in regular RAM onto the mobo either. also as usual OEM like the concept moar is better. that's why some of these OEM gpu have excessive amount of VRAM on them.

Thing is 760 OEM actually have LESS ram than their originals (1.5/3 vs 2/4).
I don't see why not as long as they are both 1.5gb cards (not withstanding any OEM limitation on the cards), it is also specifically listed on nVidia's site (both 760 and 760 OEM are listed seperately) as SLI capable.
