There is no CPU benchmark, or? As long as i know the 3DMark is a stress/benchmark -program and the best CPU+RAM stress program you will see is the Prime95. Its not benchmark. For benchmarking you can try rendering on SVP 13/ AA / aso. The best RAM tester is the Memtest 86+.
