Hello everyone, I've tried searching a solution for this everywhere and I couldn't find it so a friend of mine lead me here so here goes!
I have a Sony viao laptop for a couple years, everything running very smoothly and suddenly around 1 am the internet signal on the bottom got a "limited access" yellow symbol. I tried to trouble shoot cause that usually removes it but it didn't. I called my ISP and they tried multiple methods(over an hour) and it did not work so the problem was not from their end.
I tried uninstalling my driver and re-installing it and it did not work. I used Ethernet and it did not work. All my other computers and devices work perfectly with both wireless and Ethernet. All I know is before it stopped working I was trying to backup my iphone with itunes and itunes was giving me trouble so i don't know if the two are related.
