Once your system is up and running with any of the three i5's listed, you WILL NOT notice any difference in frame rates. You'll only notice a difference if you're running benchmarks and the amount of the difference is negligible.

Buy the Core i5 4690k which leaves you the option of overclocking in the future for the sake of a cheap aftermarket cooler like the EVO 212.

The 4690 is slightly faster than the 4590 that is slightly faster than the 4570 that is slightly faster than the 4460.
Compare the prices, if there's a noticeable gap from one step to the next then just take the cheaper model. If they're pretty close, you might as well pick the slightly faster model.

Buy the 4590 if you want to loose 200mhz per core compared to the 4690.

200Mhz per core - that has already been answered multiple times. How that translates into games is, you wouldn't notice a difference now, but maybe in 2-3 years time i estimate.
I recommend you buy the 4690k and overclock it to 4.0 Ghz for a $30 cooler. its so easy to do and takes less than 30 secs.. me or anyone else on this forum could guide you through the process which literally takes 30 secs.
4690 = $61 per 1000Mhz
4690k o/c to 4.0 w/ EVO 212 cooler = $63 / 1000mhz

No performance difference between those in games. At best, you'd see a 5% difference in rendering. As said, go with the relatively cheapest one. If the I5 4690 is out of stock just take another one.
