Here is my PSU: http://postimg.org/image/lmn47go3b/ (sorry for the quality)
And I want to buy this GPU: Evga Gtx 560 Ti Superclocked http://www.evga.com/articles/00609/
Or should i just buy simple Gtx 560 ti?

Solution
well id get the gtx 560 ti if it had no price difference but you said that stuff in lithuania is extremely overpriced , well then id go for the gtx 560 , if theirs a huge price diff then gtx 560 if not gtx 560 ti , which is why i have the gtx 560 and not the ti , i got my gtx 560 for (£40 including postage) bargin simply whereas if i got the ti version at the time it would have cost me about £20 more not worth it since the frame rate difference if so little its not worth mentioning , i didnt look if my psu supported it since mine is a very noice psu 880w got everything i want and reliable .

in conclusion get the gtx 560 if theirs a 5-10 quid difference in price , the money you save id get 4gb ram

thats 36A for the 5v Rail but you need 36A for the 12v rail , although i think (think) that it has two rails +12v1 (one rail) and +12v2 (the seccond rail) so it may actually have two rails meaning 18A + 18A = 36 A

^^True that. I have no idea how, but you were ;) The label on the PSU is either badly written or it is correct (in which case the box lies). With cheap PSUs you never know.

I still don't recommend this PSU. It is cheap and of bad quality. It will likely die under heavy stress and potentially take other components with it.

Get a proper one.

Because +12V rail is not only used by your graphics card, but other components as well, and this might exceed 36A without any trouble. Even if that doesn't happen, the PSU will run maxed out most of the time while gaming, being under heavy stress (compare it to driving your car with full throttle all the time - this cannot be good for the car, right?). Even the best quality PSUs should not be run like that. And this one is cheap, meaning it will likely fail. Soon. And when PSUs die, they can take other components with them.

You definitely need headroom here, and a quality PSU.

because on the psu it was not written propally and thus he thought it was a single rail psu at 18A (not enough for the 30A requirement)

but now you showed the box we see it IS duel rail and thus 36A total meaning it is supported , you may get the superclocked one my friend
