Hi, I had a motherboard socket 775 P4M800-M7A Ver. 1.0. that a bought several years ago with pentium 4 3.00Ghz in that machine. My question is, is it possible to change my CPU with Core2Duo or Dual Core ?

Solution
^^ Core 2 Quad or any Core 2 for that matter is NOT compatible with this motherboard. You might have thought so because it uses Socket 775, but the issue here is the old chipset. However, the mobo does support one series of dual core CPUs - namely Pentium D series.

Considering how old this rig is, the upgrade is not worth it. Even the cheapest build today you can find will give you 10x the performance.
