Hey Guys!
So I got a Kingston DDR3 2Gb 1333Mhz RAM from someone I know. My existing one is a Patriot DDR3 4Gb 1333Mhz. So knowing the RAMs are the same frequencies I plugged the Kingston into the 3'rd RAM slot. I was attacked by a constant beeping sound, I tried this twice but the same beep continued. So I went back to the single Patriot and it worked.
Later I tried Putting the Kingston in the first and it worked. I then put the Patriot in the third slot and Windows loads but nothing happens after that, just a black screen. I put it in the second slot, same thing. Now I go back to the Patriot in the first slot and it just loads till the Windows screen and nothing happens thereafter.
Please help and sorry for the long story.
