how to overclock amd fx 4300 with msi 760gm-p23 motherboard?

I want to overclock my AMD FX 4300 CPU with my MSI 760GM-P23 motherboard safely. I don't know much about overclocking and doing it the safe way, I also want to overclock or tweak my bios to get the best performance out of my pc without doing any damage AT ALL. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The chips themselves are pretty hard to damage; outside of overvolting and/or using a heat sink that isn't good enough.
