Fraps raping Minecraft now ?!?!

So 2 Days ago I used to have windows 8.1 but then i downgraded to windows 7 ultimate
and before i downgraded i Got 60-90 FPS(Not Recording),and 60 and Below(While Recording)
Now that I have Windows 7 I get 100-120 FPS(Not recording) But when I press the Hot-key to record It Drops down FAST to 11 Fps...and I don't know whats going on But i need to record for my YouTube ...I have searched everywhere looking for the solution but i really don't see what the problem is... If anyone know how I can fix this please let me know

Fraps, at least IMO, was and still is the worst possible software-based capture software (many will have a different opinion, that's just me, mind you).

That said, I'm calling the "pirate OS" flag for now on this matter. Windows 8.1 is one hell of an annoying OS, but setting aside some particular games, I'm not seeing many issues between itself and the gaming world.
No one in their right mind would so lightly downgrade what probably came as a pre-installed OS with another potentially over 150$...
