Hi I have a question about installing NVIDIA Tesla c1060 Processor and a Nvidia Quadro FX 3700. Do I need SLi Bridge Adapter Cable to make them work together?

Work together in what way? A Tesla is a compute only device. I don't believe you can use it for display purposes.
