Installed new ram and now computer boots slow.

Hello everyone!
So I have a problem, that I posted here a little while ago and have not got an answer for. I'm making a new post because now the problem has changed a bit and I know a little more about it.
I'm going to upload pictures to help people understand the problem I am having now.

[strike]Here's a link to the old post: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2426152/installing-ram-caused-issue-big.html[/strike] It was apparently deleted shortly after I uploaded this one.

Now, I've been researching and trying other solutions but so far nothing has worked.
The problem I am having is that my computer is booting extremely slow. But not the windows or hard drive side of it. It feels like my motherboard is going slow. I just recently installed some new RAM and that was the start of the problem.
After some time researching, I found that the problem might be with the POST of my system.
But there is where another problem arises that I can't seem to find a solution to either. My motherboard wont let me into my POST screen and I don't think there are POST settings in my BIOS.
Here are some pictures of my boot screen and BIOS:

Alright, so as you can see in the picture with a skull (that's my motherboard), the button I need to press to get into my POST settings should be TAB. But it doesn't work. I press tab when it's booting (very slowly) and nothing happens. I can get into my Boot menu and my BIOS just fine. Which is why I put the pictures of the BIOS settings. Maybe I'm missing something that will let me change my POST settings? I'm not sure. So, is there something I can do that will let me into the POST settings? Or is the problem not in the POST settings? Please help, I'm getting tired of waiting 5 minutes for my computer to get past the motherboard boot screen.

You need to hit the DEL key to get into bios setup. Once you do that you can change the values so that they match your hardware. Also, turn off any controllers that you don't use, like if if you don't use the GSATA3 additional SATA controller then turn it off for a faster boot.

Is your OS installed on the SSD or HDD?

Lol, I know that, how do you think I got the pictures of my BIOS settings? The issue is that I can't get into my POST settings. The OS is installed on the SSD, but again, I don't think it's a problem with the OS or the Hard drive. Because once it starts booting windows it's the same speed, if not faster than it was before I installed the RAM.

try turning off "full screen logo show" in the second to last picture

my ASRock BIOS has an option that delays the POST screen but I don't see one in your screenshots
I think pressing TAB doesn't give you POST settings, it just makes that screen with the skull stay longer

Oh, is that what that does. Good to know I guess. I'll try turning off the full screen logo and see if it works.

So press the enter key on a value and use the + and - keys to change the values.

Sorry, but what values do I need to change? I'm kind of confused about what you are talking about. Sorry, I'm kind of new to all this stuff.

I haven't tried that yet. For the most part, they were default until I started trying to fix this problem.

I didn't think it was worth doing that, because both my operating system and my BIOS can detect the RAM. Should I still do it anyway?

I've researched this a little bit, but if it was faulty RAM then I think Windows or my Motherboard would not count it towards my total ram. I'll do a test if there isn't any other solutions.

Yes it is worth doing just because your system and bios can see does not mean that there might not be a problem with the ram.
Also make sure that your bios is up to date some motherboards have problems with other brands and they release a bios patch to fix the issue.

Okay I'll do a test on the RAM then. Thanks.

How would I go about updating my BIOS?

Okay, I figured out all my motherboard specs and am looking for the right upgrade to my BIOS. You said I have F1 which is the very first one, the others are here.

Which one should I get? Does it matter if it's in Beta? Because it's been like [strike]2 years.[/strike] 3 years.

Major update:
Still need help. I've tried all of the following and it still does not work.
Reset BIOS to default
Run Memtest
I turned off GSATA3 and SATA

I turned off the Fullscreen Image on the BIOS
Here is where something interesting happened. I was able to see why it was going so slow now.
n628hx.jpg

It stops right there for quite a long time, then after a while it will load up Slave and Master 7, then the computer will start. Or go into BIOS or boot menu, whatever I told it.

Oh and also, I tried to disable number 7, then everything broke and I had to hard reset the BIOS to get my computer to listen to me again. But that was also at the same time I disable the SATA and GSATA, could that have been the problem?

I mean, I could, but it wasn't booting slowly with both of them in before I installed the new RAM. So I don't really see the point.

We're trying to isolate the problem, you're free to try whatever steps you'd like to that you can think of, but it's better sometimes to try reducing the amount of moving parts in the equation to properly isolate the problem.

You showed us that screen and said it might have something to do with the issue, so I simply proposed a course of action you could take based on the information that you gave.

Yeah I understand that. I'll give it a shot, see what happens.
