Yes, you would have no problems with this setup. Corsair specifically designs their cases in order to accommodate their watercooling units, so I wouldn't worry. I doubt any ATX Mid-Tower case could not fit the setup you require. Now, if buying Mini-ITX or Micro-ATX, than I would worry. But not in your situation.
