I am looking to use 2GB Ram from an old computer which was a pentium 4 comp. Currently I am using DDR3, with 4GB Ram comp. My comp can take upto 8GB Ram, will I be able to use the additional 2GB Ram from my old computer?
Please help me out!!!

DDR2 will not work in a DDR3 motherboard. There were boards made that had ddr2 and ddr3 slots but you could only use 1 or other and not both.
