How can I get ethernet or at least good speeds?

I live in a trailer and i'm on the other side of the house and of course the router is opposite of me, my dad refuses to run a ethernet cord under the house or through the house. I have a wireless adapter and i get 20mb/s up, and 10 down. On the ethernet connection in my dad's room, he gets 120mb/s up and 20 down. What could I do without having to do any modifying the house?

If you can't run Ethernet then get a better router or a repeater. It would be cheap and simple to run an Ethernet cord behind the trim in a trailer though. You can also check out an Ethernet over power line adapter. You would plug one end in to a plug near the router and another in your room. It routes the Ethernet over your power lines.
