Solution ThatVietGuy Dec 18, 2014 Are you trying to transfer Windows? Because if you are that's not how it works. If you want to back up specific files then you have to find those files and drag and drop them to the external hard drive.

ThatVietGuy Titan Nov 6, 2007 11,719 315 70,240 Dec 18, 2014 #4 You're only going to be able to move "regular" files (e.g. videos, MP3s, documents, etc.) by dragging and dropping. If you try to move programs and the like and then move them back after a reinstall they're not going to work. Upvote 0 Downvote
