[HELP]Wanting Intel Motherboard and Processor Combination

Was looking at these two combo's as I am getting a better Intel processor and Motherboard

My budget for the combination is 300USD should I go with these two setups or should i get something different? I am currently running a AMD FX-4300 @4Ghz. Was also considering a FX-9XXX as it only requires AM3+ socket which i have, drawback is they run pretty hot and would likely require a liquid cooler. I currently am running a EVGA Bronze rated 500w PSU. I am using this setup for gaming BTW.

Do you plan to overclock or do sli in a future?

Better option, much better motherboard, well worth the extra money.
Though I do recommend springing for the 4690k.

I don't think i will be doing SLI as i do run a AMD card and i doubt i will do overclocking, so i will likely not need a very beef Motherboard. But i would like a 4X Memory slot

This will probably be what i get as it doesn't go too much over what to pay and i like that i have the 4x mem. slots along with the SLI support, always nice to have and at a not to bad price, Thanks

If you dont plan to do sli nor overclock, then you dont need a k series cpu:

Never knew enough about Intel to know what the K was for but thanks. I just received a extra 200$ so i will likely still go with Gam3r's ,but again thanks anyway.
