Hello. Yesterday a user helped me pick out a psu. We settled on the Antec High Current Gamer 750.

I have two small concerns.
EDIT: MORE USEFUL PICS http://imgur.com/a/ktT37

One, can I plug in both 6+2 pin cables one those massive slots or one must go on each or is it the same? What's the best way to go about it?

And, the end if of the 6+2 cables has one pin (bottom right pin in pic) that does not have metal inside. Is this normal?

Thank you!

According to the manual it doesn't matter. Right there on the picture of the manual you posted it clearly say you can connect 1 OR 2 of the 8 pin connectors to either of the 16 pin sockets. I'd recommend connecting one PCIe power plug that goes to the GPU into each separate socket so the load isn't all on one rail. The plug is fine. It doesn't have anything there on the pictures on the product site either. Those will plug into either half of the 16 pin socket on the PSU, they'll only go in one way though so pay attention to the key shape of the pins, some are square and some are half round.
If they are both going to the GPU, I think you want one plugged into 12v1 and one plugged into 12v2 so they are not both pulling from the same rail. I'm not 200% certain on that but it should be in the user manual that came with the unit, or should have come with the unit anyhow. I think by looking at the way the plugs are keyed it can likely only be plugged into one place. A better straight on pic of the sockets on the PSU would make it easier to tell.

All these manufacturers configure their units differently so it's hard to know what each has going where. I'm pretty sure you want one on each though.

Are you having issues with understanding my English? Am I not being clear enough? Look at that picture above on the left hand side right beside where it says " *NOTE - You can connect 1 or 2 modular 8-pin cables into ANY of the 16 pin sockets." That means there are four places, two on each 16 pin socket where you can plug those in. Either will work fine in either half of the 16 pin socket. If I'm still not making any sense, I'm not sure how else to explain it to you. Heh. I guess I could draw you a picture. Sorry, but this is very basic stuff and I'm surprised you're having trouble with it.

There are only four places that plug can fit. Any of the four is fine. It would be better with one of them on 12v1 and one of them on 12v2. Which half of 12v1 and 12v2 you use doesn't matter at all.

Either way is fine. Clearly I recommended a good, heh (Yep, patting myself on the back. Just kidding.), unit.

It has 40A on EACH rail so just using one cable to one socket and then using both the plugs on the end of that cable is fine. Just leave the other cable in the box in case you add another card later.
