I want to make a custom gaming PC for under 400 is this good?

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor ($73.88 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M Pro4+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Value 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($35.98 @ OutletPC)

A very good build.
I like budgeting 2x the cpu cost for the graphics card; you are spot on there.
Your $345 does not include $75 for the motherboard.

Perhaps the best thing about the intel build is that you will have future cpu upgrades to i3 , i5, and i7 cpu's.
