I just got a new computer, it was a pre-built gaming rig (I know building is better, I had plans to build a beast but this was a gift and it has nice specs) and I've been having problems connecting to my internet. It's running windows 8 & I've used windows 7 for as long as I can remember so I'm not 100% what to do.
I've googled the same topic & can't find any solutions that work. I haven't tried ethernet and I can connect to the wifi, but the download speed is extremely slow. (Speedtest below)
The internet works great on all other devices I use (Computer, Superphones, etc) but I just don't know what to do. I booted in safe mode & tried to fix it in safe mode following a guide but that didn't work. I disabled my antivirus to see if that would work & it didn't.
Any help would be amazing. I can answer questions too, thank you.
