how to connect case fan to PSU?

If I get the Corsair Air 240 case it comes with 3 fans which are 3 pin.

With the motherboard I want it has two fan connectors so how would I connect the third fan to the PSU? (I don't want to use a fan splitter)

OK thanks, but how does that connect to the PSU? the little connector connects to the fan but what about the other ones? Does one connect to the peripherals connector on the psu?

Ok one last question before this becomes the solution :) where does the third part of the wire go? Is that just hanging?
