This is a a known problem with moto E since you purchased it just a month back just ask for a replacement also you will be facing auto reboot,charger gets heated up,Emergency service blocked are some of the known issues,
Before taking your mobile to service center you can try performing the soft reset if it is not working you can try hard reset from the steps below,
Factory reset:
1.Unlock your phone and tap ‘menu’
2.Go to ‘settings’ then ‘backup and reset’
3.From there, select ‘factory data reset phone’
4.Agree with the prompts that appear on your screen
5.Select ‘reset phone’.
Hard Reset:
1.Start by turning off your phone – simply press the power button and select ‘power off’ on the menu.
2.Enter the Moto E ‘fastboot’ mode by pressing the power button and volume down key at the same time for six to seven seconds. Release when the fastboot mode menu is displayed.
3.From fastboot mode, use the volume down and up buttons to scroll through the menu.
4.Select your ‘recovery’ option and select by pressing down the power button.
5.From ‘recovery’ choose ‘wipe data factory reset’
6.You can choose to wipe the cache partition on your phone also from the main menu of recovery by picking ‘advanced’ then selecting ‘wipe dalvick cache’
