Hi,
When I play games my GPU runs at 1.188 volts (which is what I have my north bridge voltage manually set to). On idle, it runs at 0.95 volts. I'm running this card on stock and I have never touched the voltages. Is this normal?
Is this the reason why I get such high temperatures? In BF4 I get about 68-71 C on 85% fan speed.
Any thoughts?

Your GPU voltage and motherboard/CPU voltages are in no way related. On the other hand, those aren't exactly high temperatures for a 7900 series AMD card, especially in a very demanding game like BF4. However, that also depends on your ambient temperature and your case airflow.
