I want to over clock fx 6300 to bottleneck my gtx 970, is cooler master hyper tx3 evo is good for cooling an over clocked fx 6300 to 4ghz or higher...?

I have Asus m5a97 r2 mobo

It would be alright, but if your case can fit the 212 evo and you have the money go for it.
If you forgot the "not" after "I want to overclock fx6300 to" nevermind, but if you did, a bottleneck means that a component is holding another component back, so you are not bottlnecking when you overclock.
