Got a AMD Athlon X2 260, 4.0 GHZ Overclocked, Dual Core.
Also in my Rig, a Zotac GeForce GTX 560, 1 GB GDDR5.
Gaming Performance isnt the best, My System runs The Forest, 1080p, Medium Detail, 40FPS.
I wish to run Battlefield 4, at 60 FPS, while Recording, High Settings, 1080p.

If I were to get a AMD FX 6300 3.5GHZ, 6 Core, would I be able to Achieve such Dreams?
I can only afford a FX 6300, as well I have 8GB DDR3 1866mhz Mushkin Memory.
Tell me what you think?

Beyond 4 cores is wasted for gaming, ergo essentially is a waste of money....

However, I'd simply save your money until you can upgrade to an H97/any i5 at 3.5 Ghz or so; the GTX560 is now aging of course, the upper-mid range GPU to have is the GTX970....

Grab the 6300, use the turbo boost thing it has to clock it higher. Your multitasking will be good. Plus Battlefield 4 uses more then four cores, which means your game will run smoother :). Also i suggest upgrading your graphics card in the feature , 1 gig of Vram is a problem. Battlefield 4 has pretty nice textures at 1080 on high. Grab a 750 Ti in the future, or even an r7 265. (If they stay around the 150 range). PS the r7 265 is better then the 750 ti. But they're both good and have 2 gigs of Vram
