I am using the Predator thing my MSI R9-290 came with and when i recode ANY kind of video it records it in the usless form of some stupid thing called AVI which in my openion is something Microsoft made as a joke to piss people off and not be able to watch their videos they record. How do i stop my PC from even thinking about AVI files? I want to completely get rid of this pure evil within my PC form ever recording anything in this useless format. How can i set it to record in a Video format that actually works?

I just told you something that'll play basically everything. VLC player. It's better than WMP anyway. What you may wish to do if sending, however, is consider using a free video format converter (I think Handbrake can do this) to put the file in something more compressible like an MP4.
