So I have some problem with Max Payne3 and look for fix on the internet and seems like I have a problem with not opening port443. So how do I open port 443 or there are another fix? If you've had this problem and got it fixed already please help me fix this problem(I've read a R* fix page and they said that the "MaxPayne3_Steam.ini have to be around 10-11 KB but mine are 7 KB so maybe this will be a clue?
