Hey guys!
So I recently capped this game I have been playing called "MicroVolts" to FPS of 59.
It was super smooth and everything went well until I decided to delete the "battlefield 4" profile in which I used to add an application, so it was battlefield.exe + the microvolts.exe.
I deleted it because I realized I could make a new profile, when I made a new profile for MicroVolts and set the fps to 59, it did not work and I ended up with the huge amount of fps of 100+.

Here is a picture: http://i.imgur.com/STx2x3Z.png

It was working before? Now it does not want to cap at 59 FPS...
Can anyone help me?
I even tried setting the global driver profile to 59 FPS and the game still did not cap...

Try turning on "vsync" in your profile (or in MicroVolts video options), as this will cap the FPS to your monitors refresh rate.

Edit: Are you driving your display using 59hz? Is there a reason you're not using a 60 fps limit (as this is a much more common value).

Okay so the problem was that the Nvidia settings went back to default somehow and the global settings was set to auto-select.
When I turn on vsync with 59 fps, it is so stable that I experience no tearing whatsoever but it does not feel sharp?
Same thing with setting my frame limit to 60 fps, it feels soo smooth but my aim suffers for some reason.
When I put it to 59 FPS cap and no vsync, it feels sharp where my aim goes exactly where I want it to go (I don't know how to explain this really, maybe it is placebo effect but it is something that I will stick with). I have a 60hz.

The problem now is that it restarts every time windows starts. So I turn off the laptop, turn it on, it resets and I have to go back into nvidia inspector and set the FPS limit once again.
How can I fix this?
