I have lightwave LW-UTV_FM and another one LW_UTV_STIK but I don't have CD.

Contact NewTek (publisher for LightWave 3D), tell them you have your serial number but lost your disks & ask them how to recover it...providing you registered the product with them previously. Maybe they'll let you download a copy that you can then use your registered serial number in.
Barring that, buy a new copy & next time make sure you don't lose it.
