Im buying a computer from Cyberpower. And I am wondering and worried about the shipping. Where they are building it is in Cali right? Well I live in New Hampshire which is the east coast. Im wondering HOW they are going to ship my pc to me. I need all the possible answers. thanks for your time. And I don't want to hear "Build your own" I seriously dont have time to build one myself at the moment. Busy with work at the moment.

Solution
I bought a computer from cyberpower before. They build the computer, and use that expanding hard foam inside the computer to prevent the GPU from moving around during transit. The computer itself is packed in the box that the case came in, and then packaged in a bigger box to include accessories and the receipt. I had a fairly expensive computer shipped from their location in CA to me over here in Philadelphia without issue. It arrived through UPS.

In a box, very very well packed. I had one shipped in NY. Lots of foam. Nothing to worry about in terms of potential damage.

The actual question is Does it get shipped by truck or plane and then when it is close enough it gets out into a truck and then to my state.?

That depends on the shipping method you choose. The lowest cost option is usually UPS ground, which means its transported on a truck across country to a warehouse, then delivered by the regular UPS trucks. The express options will probably involve a plane instead of the truck cross country.

From the factory:
Truck to the port at Long beach
Into a container
On to a cargo ship
Ship sails
All the way around South America, turning north at Tierra del Fuego
(sometimes, depending on the ship, they can go through the Panama Canal. In the summer, they might try the Northwest Passage)
Arriving at Portsmouth New Hampshire.
From there, tiny gnomes dig a tunnel to near your residence
They tap into the sewer line
They bring it up in the dead of night, and deposit it on your doorstep

Seriously, though....it depends on what shipping option you choose. Truck (slow, regular), or express (truck + plane, fast, $$$)

On their website they have the moethods and they have UPS Ground, UPS Day 3, UPS Day 2, UPS Day 1 and another one with canada. Would day 3 be express? Kinda confused with that part

How fast do you want it, and how much do you want to spend on shipping?

for my computer, I paid $50 for the UPS ground shipping. Anything else and you might spend over $100 in shipping. It's going to get to you safely. Cyberpower wouldn't be in business if all their machines arrived broken in poor packaging.

I'm not sure what the 3,2, and 1 day shipping methods are. I know their live chat is very responsive, so you could probably ask them for the specifics.

I want it somewhat fast, I dont mind waiting awhile but i dont want to wait for more then a month. Im thinking about going with 3 day shipping method. So worried the PC will come broken or something. My biggest fear. And im throwing alot of my hard earned money towards this computer.

It won't be broken. Hundreds of thousands of PC's are shipped all over the world, every day.

UPS ground will take a week at most. It took them a few days to process and build my computer, then a week for it to get to me.
