GTX 760 > GTX 660 Ti > GTX 660 >> Radeon 6670 (and >> is still not enough :D).
I don't know when you will be building but in those mid-high end GPUs, AMD is a very competitive as of now.
Based on your location you might be able to snatch a R9 280x or a R9 290 at a very great price and they will perform much better.

I like to use this website to compare GPUs: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/GPU14/815
It uses synthetic benchmarks as well as real in-game frame rate comparisons.

I wouldn't say bottleneck like crazy but would indeed cause some dips in frame rate here and there.
Nothing too crazy and your graphic capabilities wouldn't be comparable to what you have today.
Moreover you said you wanted to upgrade to an Intel CPU later on (which is a great strategy).

Get the best GPU you can have today (even if its performance would be slightly hindered) and upgrade your CPU later while still being able to enjoy your GPU.
