No it will work as a normal fan for the cooler. Normally case fans at the top of the case blow warm air out as exhaust. Water coolers are designed to blow cooler outside air thru the radiator into the case as intake.
Be aware that there is no CLC type All-in-One cooler that beats the better air coolers. The only AIO water cooler that does is not CLC and that's the Swiftech
