Sorry for the multiple posts, but also do not bother with that SSD, it is slower that advertised. grab the Samsung 840 evo, it is lower in price now, and is continuing to be considered one of the best SSDs you can get. Also get some higher speed Ram like 1866 or 2133 if you can afford it. there is no sense with such a high end rig, to use lower speed ram.

Finally, why such a small mechanical drive (1TB?) with such a beast of a rig, go with a beast of a drive. you can grab a WD black edition 2 or 3 TB. to store all the awesome games you can play. plus as an IT person, we are taught in school to try not to use more than 80-90% of the available storage or the performance will suffer a little, because with the size of ppls steam libraries like mine have tons of games, and with estimated averages of 10-20GB+ each, you will max the drives at like 50-75 games, and that is not even considering 50GB titles like some of this past years game *cough* *cough* we all know what ones i am talking about.

An the i5 4690k is more than capable at 4k gaming as long as you don't any video rendering. The only difference between the i7 and i5 is that you pay 100 dollars xtra for hyper threading. For the 100 bucks you save you can get two 970
