BSOD Kernel data inpage error

Last few months my pc hangs very often, sometimes it hangs on starting windows. And it freezes 2-3 min after starting some game. 2-3 mins after the freeze BSOD appears. Also I saw in windows logs a lot of atapi 11 errors with the ATA controller, but my HDD is connected with Sata. I changed Hard Disk, tested RAM with memory diagnostic and memtest, changed PSU unit and still nothing. Can you help me with the problem?

Inpage bsod's are usually hard drive or ram problems. Have you run chkdsk on the hard drive yet? Try going to the start menu, type in cmd.exe and right click it, run as administrator. Once the prompt opens, type chkdsk C: . This is a check only, if you want it to attempt to automatically fix errors type chkdsk /f C: . You said you ran memtest and everything came back fine? I'd think if it were ram related memtest would have exposed a problem. Have you updated your o/s and your motherboard drivers? Not sure if a bios update would help, it might.
