CM V6 GT vs TT Water 3 Performer

I have been looking for an aftermarket cpu cooler for a while and can't decide between these two so i would like your opinion. I have a Fx 4100 overclocked to 4.0 and plan to upgrade to a Fx 6300 soon and will be overclocking it to the most stable speed it will go.
I prefer the V6GT but don't know if water cooling will be better with a entry level water cooler like the performer.

the v6 is a waste of money as it is a poor preformer
the water cool is cheap but the preformance is still on par with a hyper tx4 or 212 evo. i suggest the t4 as it has a easier mounting system then the evo does. unless you are gonna build your own loop up, in the $$$ range, i REALLY suggest the two coolers i noted before.
