Evil within..infinite ammo doesnt work?

hello. I was wondering if anyone knows why the infinite ammo code doesnt work. The others do however?
Also, how do you change weapons? It doesnt let me change weapons to the shotgun and i have plenty of ammo? I hit v and I see the options around that circle on the screen..but I click on it and nothing happens?

i don't know about cheat but you can map your weapon to number 1 to 4. when you enter inventory mode (from V button) choose the weapon using mouse. when the cursor hover to that weapon press the number you want the weapon to slot in.

hi thanks for that! I did manage to find the shotgun and I do have ammo for it, but It wont let me select it. I try to hover over it, but nothing?

the shot gun? or the ammo? anyway the game was ported from console to pc. even the game interface doesn't change much. for example when you enter inventory mode (v button) they place the item in circle manner. that interface actually intended to be used by controller. personally i was confused a bout a few things as well. but when i try using controller then i figured out how actually those interface work. after setting the shortcut for the weapon you still need to access the weapon in real time using the shortcut. except for med weapon must be choose in real time using those shortcut. you cannot equip the weapon by accessing inventory. the same goes with the agony bow ammo type. from inventory you only can choose to create what type of ammo you can build from the scrap but to change the type of ammo equipped on the bow you must do in on real time by pressing R button. and sometimes it can get confusing since R button also used for reloading. if you press R button after firing the bow instead of reloading it will change the type or ammo. sometimes this can disturb your plan when you need to use specific ammo and then need to repeatedly pressing R button to cycle through the ammo type. but using controller can have it worse. since the inventory button was on right analog stick (you need to click them) sometimes you can accidentally clicking on them when you try to move around especially with boss battle.....this turn to be quite a rant.....

So to change weapons I need to asociate them with the number ? so when walking through the levels, hitting the r will do what? It didnt seem to do anything?

for instance I have shotgun ammo, but it wont let me select it..

need a bit of correction. indeed you can equip weapon from inventory directly. press v and then press spacebar to equip them. hitting R in real time will reload the weapon and cycle agony bow ammo. but it will not going to cycle the weapon on your shortcut list nor any weapon you have in real time. in inventory pressing R on agony bow will let you cycle through which ammo type you want to create. if you have two weapons of the same type you can cycle/alternate them by pressing R (for example if you have dual barrel shotgun and regular shotgun you can alternate them in your inventory by pressing R). anyway make sure use default key binding on your keyboard/mouse. if doing this cannot get to equip your weapon you might want to reinstall your game. there might be something corrupt with the game preventing the game to work properly
