Does my new system beat the ps4?

GPU: G1 GAMING gtx 980 x2 in SLI
CPU: I7 5930k oc'd to 4.2 ghz
RAM: G.SKILL RIPJAWS 4 F4-2400C15Q-32GRB QUAD Pack 4x8 GB (32GB Total) DDR4 2400Mhz PC4-19200
MoBo: ASUS X99-DELUXE Intel X99 QUAD Channel DDR4 3200Mhz (OC)
CPU cooling: h100i liquid cooler.
Boot SSD: Sandisk 256gig ultra plus ssd
Fast Gaming drive: Samsung EVO 840 512gig ssd
Storage and casual games drive: Seagate 2tb sshd
PSU: CORSAIR AX1200i PROFESSIONAL
CASE: Coolermaster Stormtrooper.

Running windows pro 8.1

Just want to make sure this will outperform any current gen console.

Yes, but your Graphics Card isnt a GPU. I think you mistyped. The RAM is stupidly overkill tho and you could've saved a lot of money by getting 16 GB

Are you suffering from buyers remorse, LOL? If you have to ask this question where did you get the money to get this rig?

Lets see the Sony PS4 specs are a little better then the MS XBOX One, and they have:
AMD APU with dual quad core modules running at 1.6Ghz+, with each quad core module packing 2MB of L2 cache. You are running a Intel i7-5930K Haswell E Hex Core (6) CPU with built in quad memory controller running stock at 3.5Ghz which you OC's to 4.2Ghz. It has 15Mbs of Intel smart cache. I don't know but I'm guessing you got the edge here.

For Graphics the AMD APU has a basically a AMD's 7870 GPU, with 2 CUs disabled built into it. So it's less then a R9-270x. You got a two of the GTX 980s in an SLI. The GTX 980 is the fastest single GPU card on the planet, so again I say yours is probably better.

There feel better or is this just "I want a pat on the back" exercise, lol.

A console the same price as your computer would wreck your computer beyond reason. Problem is that developing anything like that would send any company spiralling to bankruptcy. There is no need to brag about your computer which, by the way, is already outdated.

I use the excess ram for editing and rendering.. For a gamer it would be useless, for me it serves a purpose.

I don't just game, I am well aware 8 gig is adequate and 16 is still not being harnessed yet.. But I also do video/photo editing and 3D design/rendering... I need that extra ram.

The only advantage a console would have is you and your friends can play in a group together without them having to BYOC and some games aren't available on PC. Another console con I don't think you could do your job on a console. It's like comparing a spaceship to a sailboat.

To everyone here, I know it is better. I am just very petty and wanted to hear from others to show to someone else who insists the ps4 is some kind of unbeatable, graphical masterpiece gaming machine. Thank you all for your feedback, it is helpful and puts it beyond a reasonable doubt where it stands.
My apologies if this question comes across as a rhetorical question/ego trip.. Which it partly was. But mostly for peer revision than self gratification.
